Passage Planning page is designed to provide you (the cruising
sailor) with as much information as possible about sailing
to, from and around South and Southern Africa and consists
of maps, articles and pictures kindly provided by sailors
who have "been there".
In
an effort to provide the quickest possible download time we
have copied all available information to our server, but have
also provided links on the relevant pages to those websites
from whence the information was derived. In some cases we
have tried unsuccessfully to make contact with the owners
of certain websites, but have included the information here
anyway in the interest of providing as much available information
as possible .......... once again, we have provided links
to the websites concerned and are grateful to those concerned
for making this information available on the internet.
An
essential part of Passage Planning is obviously having the
right Charts, Pilot books and Almanacs, and we are endeavouring
to make as many as possible of those relevant to cruising
South and Southern Africa available for purchase online ...........
