Please
phone the Club manager in advance to arrange for a berth.
Visitors fees:
First
3 days are free, thereafter R20 per dayper yacht and R6 per
day per crew member, for the use of the club facilities.
Skippers
or crew with reciprocity will also be charged R20 per day
for the vessel, but will only be charged R6 per person per
day after 28 days. ABYC is affiliated to SA Sailing. The club
has a good bar, restaurant and modern ablution facilities
with hot water. Water and diesel are also available.
Shops,
banks and the post office are within 10 minutes brisk walk.
For repairs, ABYC crane will lift up to 5 tons, thereafter
the use of the Portnet 40 ton crane is available for the larger
yachts.
